Sunshine By Sue changed hands on February 1, 2005. Only the owners have changed. Our goal was to make the transition as seamless as possible and hope that has been your experience.

We have seven great people on our staff. We have several fabulous designers, one who has been designing fresh and permanent flowers for over 30 years. Our newest designer grew up in the floral industry and has been designing over 15 years. My interests in floral design have been lifelong; professionally, I worked in floral design for over five years prior to taking on this new challenge. We take great pride in our work and look forward to helping you with your floral needs.

Our flower shop is located about 50 miles southwest of Minneapolis in a great rural community called Glencoe. I grew up on a farm just north of town and am excited to be part of this growing community.

Our mission: Provide only the highest quality roses, flowers and floral designs with honest, friendly service.

We carry both domestic and South American Roses that are grown and harvested on farms in Ecuador and Colombia. I chose to sell the premium South American Roses because the climate promotes sturdy stem growth and a large number of petals on each rose.
We have the ability to deliver floral designs and green plants in our local area, nationally and internationally... all you have to do is order and I personally promise to process your order with care.

Our shop serves the following areas: Glencoe, Silver Lake, Plato, Hutchinson, Lester Prairie, Norwood-Young America, New Auburn and Hamburg .

Our shop is open from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

We are closed on Sundays except for funerals.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our Valentine's Holiday Hours are:

• February 11, Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• February 12, Monday 8:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m.
• February 13, Tuesday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• February 14, Wednesday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

A local delivery fee of $6.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
